Brad Smith

Brad Smith is currently a consultant at Spectacular at Work. Brad has over 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in renovation sales. Brad has held various positions such as managing director of renovation sales, national renovation sales specialist, and national wholesale manager. In their most recent role, they were responsible for the implementation, development, sales and execution effort of home renovation programs through the retail, consumer direct, wholesale, and correspondent channels. Brad has a proven track record of success in delivering the preferred client experience.

Brad Smith completed an Associate of Arts at St. Petersburg College and majored in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Brad is also certified from the NMLS in NMLS - Licensed MLO #250333.
