Mark Keener

Mark Keener has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Mark worked at various companies, starting in 1993 with Apple, where they served as a Team Lead and managed teams of test engineers. Mark also wrote, updated, and evaluated Test Guidelines and developed test cases for MacOS versions up through 8. In 1995, they briefly worked at Aha! as a Tester. From 1999 to 2006, Mark worked at Sun Microsystems as a Quality Lead. During this time, they were responsible for leading quality initiatives. In 2006, Mark became the Owner of Advantage Education, LLC, where they built and operated a supplemental learning center. Mark successfully operated the center for over two years, helping children of all ages improve their academic performance. In 2012, Mark joined Spectra Logic, where they held multiple roles including Test Specialist, Field Application Engineer, and Senior Implementation Engineer. Mark's expertise in technical roles and their experience as a business owner demonstrate their versatility and strong work ethic.

Mark Keener has a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Santa Cruz Extension, which they attained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Central Michigan University, from 1974 to 1980.
