Warren Schwartz

Warren Schwartz is Spectra Logic’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Warren is responsible for all aspects of managing Spectra’s financial performance as well as helping to guide the company’s strategic operational initiatives as a trusted business leader.

Warren brings with him a deep knowledge of the technology, software and telecom industries, with an extensive background in directing a wide range of financial, strategic and operational processes to achieve actionable results.

Prior to Spectra, Warren worked in the telecom industry for T-Mobile and Layer3 TV. Before joining the telecom industry, Warren attained years of experience working with high technology companies, including Front Porch Digital, LeftHand Networks/HPE and SUN/STK.

Warren holds an MBA in Information Systems and an MS in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University.
