Jason Hedge

Jason Hedge serves as the Global Director of Human Resources for multiple organizations, including Precisional LLC, Seco Precision, Spectra Precision, Protempis, and Loadrite, all since May 2022. Hedge plays a pivotal role in overseeing Global People Operations for Precisional, a startup focused on precision measurement, and manages HR functions for leading companies in various industries such as surveying, telecommunications, and industrial weighing. In addition to these roles, Hedge has been the HR Consultant and Training Development lead for Launchable Leadership since January 2015, previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sweetbridge, Inc., and worked as a Human Resource Consultant at BBSI. Education includes a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno.
