Michael James, MPS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at The 360 Companies since February 2022, overseeing talent management solutions for various sectors including logistics and IT. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Woodward, Inc., Director of Employee & Labor Relations at Keolis North America Inc., and Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Coast Dental, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, labor matters, and comprehensive HR strategies for large organizations.
