Jennifer Ratajczyk

Jennifer Ratajczyk has been in the real estate industry since 2015. Jennifer began their career as a Residence Hall Director at Blinn College in 2015. In 2016, they were a Leasing Manager at Asset Campus Housing. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Housing Systems Coordinator at Tarleton State University and a Grant Coordinator at Ranger College. Most recently, they have been a Community Manager at Spectra Student Living since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Leasing & Marketing Director at Quay Realty from 2019 to 2021, where they managed leasing and marketing strategies for investors and property owners in the Midwest region, developed policy and procedures for leasing, evictions, lease-up, turn, and property improvements, and assisted in flipping conventional multi-family into student focused multi-housing developments.

Jennifer Ratajczyk graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Murray State University in 2014. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master of Public Administration - MPA in Public Administration from Tarleton State University, which they completed in 2019.
