Richard Salazar, MSOL, SHRM-CP

Richard Salazar has over a decade of work experience in various managerial roles. Richard most recently worked at Spectralink Corporation as a Senior Manager Technical Support. Prior to that, they worked at SCL Health as a Director STSC Service Center for four years. Richard also served as the Vice President Support Operations at Roomlinx and as a Manager Operations at MAXIMUS. Earlier in their career, Richard held positions at Newport Audiology Centers and Westwood College-Online Campus. Richard holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and is a certified SHRM professional.

Richard Salazar has a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Leadership/Strategic Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder. Richard also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration/Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver. In addition to their education, they have obtained the following certifications: Android Enterprise Associate from Google, obtained in March 2023, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in July 2015.
