Ahmadu Mohammadu JODA had his education in Nigeria & London. He also attended various training courses around the world. From a humble beginning as a research assistant, he rose to the position of Permanent Secretary of three Federal Ministries: Information, Education and Industries. On early retirement early in 1978, he was at various times appointed chairman of the NNLG, member of the Board of the Nigerian NNPC and Member of various Federal University Councils. He also held positions of Chairman and Board Member of various private companies in Nigeria including; the Flour Mills of Nigeria, Scoa Nigeria and Nestle Nigeria Plc. In recognition of his contribution to the country, he was honoured with the prestigious awards of OFR in 1963, CON in 1979 and CFR in 2001 and several traditional titles from different parts of the country His last position with Government was as Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC.
