Spectricity
Kuba Raczkowski is a Lead HW/SW Engineer at Spectricity. Kuba was previously an IC Engineer at imec from January 2011 to October 2018. There, they designed custom CMOS imagers. Prior to that, they were a PhD student at IMEC / KULeuven from March 2007 to December 2011, where they worked on the design of circuits and systems for 60 GHz CMOS phased arrays.
Kuba Raczkowski has a PhD in Electronics from KU Leuven and an MSc in Electronics from Warsaw University of Technology.
Kuba Raczkowski reports to Ward van der Tempel, VP, Engineering & Co-Founder. They work with Peter Van Wesemael - Senior System Engineer, Maarten De Bock - Senior System Engineer.

Spectricity develops low-cost, miniaturized, integrated spectral sensing solutions in the visible and near-infrared spectral range. Typical application areas are agriculture, food analysis, health, and biomedical applications for industrial and consumer markets.
