Michelangelo Giancarlo

Michelangelo Giancarlo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales operations. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at Spectrio since July 2019, Michelangelo plays a key role in delivering technology-enabled customer engagement marketing solutions. Prior to this, Michelangelo held various roles at VS Networks from September 2011 to July 2019, including Account Director and Director of Sales Operations, contributing to the development of digital signage applications and enhancing client engagement. Earlier experiences include an Associate position at Aflac, where Michelangelo assisted businesses in improving employee benefits, and an internship at Midwest Pension Actuaries focused on employee benefit design and administration. Michelangelo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
