Danny Rosewarne

Danny Rosewarne has held various roles throughout their work experience. Danny started their career as a Commodity Broker at SBL in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Danny then joined LKG as an Executive Search Consultant from 2001 to 2005. After that, they joined SABMiller, where they held several roles, including Group Talent Acquisition Manager and Acting Head of Global Talent Acquisition from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Regional Change Management Lead for SABMiller's first global ERP program. Danny continued with SABMiller and took on roles such as Global Projects Lead in Talent Management from 2011 to 2013, Group Engagement & Talent Management Capability Lead from 2013 to 2014, and Global Organisational Effectiveness Lead from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are the Group Head of Organisational Development at Spectris plc, a position they have held since December 2016.
