Monika Zelinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal contracting and legal training. Currently serving as a Military Contracts Analyst at Spectro Scientific since September 2021, Monika focuses on driving federal business growth through opportunity identification and project management with Department of Defense partners. Prior to this role, Monika accrued significant experience at the United States Air Force from April 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing the largest contracting squadron's Quality Assurance Program and managing contracts comprehensively from pre-award to post-award phases. Monika's earlier experience includes roles as Course Director at the Academy of European Law ERA focusing on environmental law training and as a Research Associate at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, specializing in International Law of the Sea.
