Anas Shamsi basha

Anas Shamsi Basha has had a varied work experience since 2018. In 2021, they were the Head of Customer Support, Customer Support Specialist, and Arabic Translator at SpectroCoin, Bankera, and Pervesk respectively. In 2021, they were also a Graphic Design Intern at Sicilia Mia. In 2018, they were Self-employed as a Graphic Designer. In 2019, they were a Junior Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Intern, and Graphic Designer Intern at Qwyddy Technologies. As Head of Customer Support, they managed a team of 19 Customer Support representatives and was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the team. As an Arabic Translator, they took care of translations from English to Arabic for the company's materials and user interface. As a Digital Marketing Intern, they provided SEO strategy, conducted B2B marketing, and used Hubspot CRM for marketing campaigns. As a Graphic Designer Intern, they visualized materials, illustrated infographics and icons, and animated 2D and 3D objects.

Anas Shamsi Basha is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing and International Commerce at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Management at Kaunas University of Technology between 2016 and 2020. Anas has also obtained several certifications, including Fundamentals of Graphic Design from Coursera in 2021, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2020, and various courses from Udemy and LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
