Jeffrey Todor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey started their career at ATX Communications in 2000, where they held the positions of Project Manager and Manager of Service Delivery. During their time at ATX Communications, they led teams responsible for the installation and onboarding of new customer services, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

In 2006, Jeffrey joined Broadview Networks, now part of Windstream, as a Senior Manager of Operations. Jeffrey designed and launched a new enterprise division and implemented a partnership system between implementation and service teams. Jeffrey later became the Director of Operations, overseeing large customer management programs and combining management programs from three legacy companies into one unified team.

From 2010 until 2019, Jeffrey served as the Managing Director of Service Operations at Broadview Networks. In this role, they managed a team of five direct reports across seven departments, responsible for installation, support, and retention of customer and agent relationships. Jeffrey drove first call resolution and investigated and resolved customer concerns.

In 2019, Jeffrey joined Spectrotel as the Vice President of Service Delivery. Further details about this role are not provided.

Jeffrey Todor obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rowan University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Christian Brothers Academy from 1992 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, they attained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Eckes & Associates, Inc in June 2011.
