Joan Keith, MBA

Joan Keith, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans over several different industries. Joan began their career in 2002 as an Operations Manager at InterGlobe Communications, where they stayed until 2006. In 2006, Joan joined Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc. as an Operational Systems Support Manager, and held this role until 2007. Later that year, they started working at Spectrotel, initially serving as the Director of Provisioning. Currently, Joan is the Director of Business Transformation and Optimization at Spectrotel, a position they have held since April 2019.

Joan Keith earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from DeVry University, which they pursued from 2005 to 2008. Joan also holds an Associate's degree in Network Communications Management from DeVry University, which they obtained in 2005. Additionally, Joan has obtained various certifications in topics such as Humble Leadership, RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, Digital Transformation, and Effective Listening from LinkedIn, with completion dates ranging from March to October 2021.
