Steve McClure

Steve McClure has a diverse work experience in the real estate and marketing industries. Steve started their career in 2002 as a Jr Account Executive at Erwin Penland and then worked as a Leasing and Sales Associate at Cherry and Associates in 2003. In 2004, they joined Spectrum Properties as a Marketing Representative. Steve then moved on to Spectrum Properties Residential, Inc in 2005, where they held various roles including Vice President, Partner/Vice President, and eventually became the President from 2011 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at The Spectrum Companies, initially as the COO and currently as the CEO.

Steve McClure completed their MBA at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Wake Forest University from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Economics.
