Megan Rowley has a diverse work experience, with roles in education and management. Megan began their career in 2015 as a Manager at Northwest Tart Cherry Inc. After three years in this position, they transitioned to a Teaching Assistant role at Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2019. In 2020, Megan worked as an Intern at Rehab Specialists of Idaho before joining Spectrum Academy as a Special Education Paraprofessional. Megan later took on the role of Kindergarten Teacher at the same school. Additionally, in 2020, they briefly worked as a Sanitation Manager at Northwest Tart Cherry Inc.
Megan Rowley attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Child Development. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they obtained their High School Diploma from Connell High School, completing their secondary education in the years 2012 to 2016.

Spectrum Academy is the research-based model for inclusive education for children with autism spectrum disorders who require mild to moderate support. They operate kindergarten through 12th grade and transition age-of-majority in state-of-the-art facilities. Spectrum Academy offers public classes and opportunities for students in technology, arts,recreation, vocational, and academics.
