Spectrum Academy
Paige Gustafson has a diverse work experience in the education and behavioral therapy field. Paige started their career in 2011 as a Camp Counselor at Mission Bay Sport Ctr and continued to work in various roles over the years. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Paraprofessional at The Institute for Effective Education. In 2015, they became a Behavior Technician at UTAH AUTISM ACADEMY and stayed until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Service Coordinator Intern at ScenicView Academy from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Behavior Technician at Applied Behavior Connections. Currently, they are working as a Learning Skills Teacher at Spectrum Academy, starting in February 2019.
Paige Gustafson pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Social Work degree, with a focus on Autism Studies, from Utah Valley University. Paige attended this institution from 2014 to 2017. Paige further expanded their educational background by attending Grand Canyon University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Special Education from 2020 to 2022.
Spectrum Academy
Spectrum Academy is the research-based model for inclusive education for children with autism spectrum disorders who require mild to moderate support. They operate kindergarten through 12th grade and transition age-of-majority in state-of-the-art facilities. Spectrum Academy offers public classes and opportunities for students in technology, arts,recreation, vocational, and academics.
