Spectrum Academy
Reginald Tinnon has held various positions throughout their work experience. Reginald began their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Associate at The Men's Wearhouse and remained in that role until 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Community Counselor at Lakeside Behavioral Health Hospital for a few months. Following this, they became an After School Teacher at Grow Academy in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Mental Health Counselor at Hermitage Hall and as a Teacher Aide at Spectrum Academy. In 2015, they joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Mental Health Specialist. Most recently, in 2016, they became a Program Coordinator at Texas Initiative Programs.
Reginald Tinnon pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Tennessee State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree of Science in Psychology. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2016, they continued their education at the same institution, majoring in Counseling Psychology and earning a degree in the same field.

Spectrum Academy
Spectrum Academy is the research-based model for inclusive education for children with autism spectrum disorders who require mild to moderate support. They operate kindergarten through 12th grade and transition age-of-majority in state-of-the-art facilities. Spectrum Academy offers public classes and opportunities for students in technology, arts,recreation, vocational, and academics.
