David Nikuradze

David Nikuradze is a Managing Partner and Certified Passive House Designer at Spectrum Architecture, a design-build firm in Tbilisi, Georgia, specializing in unique commercial and residential projects since January 2020. Prior to this, David served as Regional Manager at AECOM from July 2007 to December 2019, where responsibilities included establishing and expanding office operations to over 40 staff members while managing a diverse project portfolio. As Project Director, David oversaw significant mixed-use developments, including a prestigious project in Baku and the luxurious Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, demonstrating expertise in large-scale construction management. David holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the Institute of Design and Construction and further education from Georgian Technical University.
