Andrea Wyant

Andrea Wyant, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since September 2022, Andrea has previously held significant roles at ePac Flexible Packaging, where contributions included the development of multiple employee programs and the implementation of a new HRIS system as the first internal HR team member. Earlier experience as an HR Business Partner at The QTI Group involved supporting a large employee base and leading process improvement initiatives. Andrea also held HR positions at The HON Company and demonstrated leadership skills in various roles at Target.
