Phil Szuba

Phil Szuba is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as President at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since December 2012, Phil has also held positions such as Senior Vice President and General Manager and Senior Vice President of Global Technology & Operations. Prior to Spectrum Brands, Phil worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Vice President Engineering & Integration Team Leader and at Black & Decker as Vice President of Engineering. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Acument Global Technologies, Textron Fastening Systems, and Unova. Phil Szuba holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Oakland University, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
