Rolando Cavazos

Rolando Cavazos is an experienced professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as Division Vice President - Global Product Development Operations at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since January 2012. Cavazos has held multiple leadership roles within the company, overseeing various teams focused on new product development across home and personal care appliances, as well as engineering operations in Asia. Prior to Spectrum Brands, Cavazos held significant positions at Creata, ITT Inc., Mattel, and General Motors, gaining extensive experience in engineering and product development. Rolando Cavazos holds an MBA from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
