Christal Lawson Eason Msw

Christal Lawson Eason MSW, LMSW is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social work and counseling. Currently serving as Program Director at Spectrum Child and Family Services since January 2012, Christal oversees a girls' assessment center for ages 12-18 in foster care. In addition to this role, Christal has been an Associate Professor at Wayne State University and an Associate Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching social work and human services courses. As President of CLE Strategic Solutions LLC, Christal provides counseling in various areas, including mental health and substance abuse, and offers consultation services for non-profits. Previously, Christal held the position of Clinical Director at Don Bosco Hall, managing clinical services for adolescent males in the juvenile justice system, and was Family Services Director at Habitat for Humanity Detroit, facilitating programs for low-income families. Christal earned a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s degree in Social Work/Mental Health from Wayne State University.
