Jill Wisner

Jill Wisner is currently a Sales Development Specialist at Spectrum Designs. Prior to that, they were an Account Coordinator at Smart Source, LLC from January 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they were a Product Manager at Gordon Sinclair from February 2017 to September 2017.

Jill has always had a passion for promotional products and helping others. In their current role, they help Spectrum Designs' customers with their promotional product needs by suggesting the right items for their websites, blog posts and projects. Jill also manages and updates Spectrum's website, ESP and Sage with clear and concise copy to best represent the products. Additionally, they coordinate with graphics, production and marketing to design marketing collateral for eblasts and promotional content.

In their previous role as an Account Coordinator at Smart Source, LLC, Jill provided excellent customer service support for a major non-profit fundraising program. Jill also offered sales support for one of the fastest growing outsourced customer service provider accounts. Additionally, they managed products for an online store and kept track of orders from start to finish. Jill was successful in their role due to their attention to detail and ability to listen to the needs of their customers.

As a Product Manager at Gordon Sinclair, Jill got to share their love of promotional products with distributors by suggesting items for distributor company websites, blog posts and projects. Jill also updated and managed the company website and coordinated with graphics, production and marketing teams to design marketing collateral for eblasts and promotional content.

Jill's experience in both customer service and sales makes their an excellent Sales Development Specialist at Spectrum Designs. Her passion for promotional products and attention to detail ensure that their clients are getting the best possible service.

After Jill Wisner graduated from high school, they attended SUNY Oneonta where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a minor in Business Communications.

Their manager is Susan Gernhart, Director of Marketing & Development. They work with Niel Toledo - Digital Strategist, Dylan Valic - Marketing & Development Specialist.
