Coley Florance

Coley Florance is currently the Head of Talent at Spectrum Equity. Prior to that, they were an Operating Director at TPG Global from January 2005 to January 2018. From August 1997 to October 2003, they were an Associate Director at Heidrick & Struggles. From September 1993 to August 1997, they were a Teacher at Head-Royce School. And finally, from June 1991 to June 1993, they were a Teacher with the Rural Louisiana Corp through Teach for America.

Coley Florance has a BA in Biological Anthropology from Harvard University.
