Serin Mathew currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Spectrum for Living, managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Serin gained experience in HR as an Onboarding Specialist and Human Resources Assistant. Serin also brings experience as a Judicial Intern at Essex County Superior Court and a Store Cashier at Wegmans Food Markets. Serin is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Capital Management at New York University, building upon a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Seton Hall University.
