Bruce Nisbet is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in health and human services. Since 2004, Bruce has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Health & Human Services, where participation in a high-performing executive team has led to informed decision-making focused on the best interests of those served. As Co-Founder of Value Network LLC IPA, Bruce secured $4.6 million in New York State development funds since 2018. In addition, Bruce has been President of Health Home Partners of WNY, LLC since 2012, where efforts led to the formation of one of New York State's first Health Homes under the Affordable Care Act, benefiting 10,000 Medicaid recipients. Prior leadership roles include President and CEO of Children's Home of Wyoming Conference and Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer at Gateway Longview, where financial oversight and program development were key responsibilities.
