Deborah A. LaBounty, LMHC, CASAC, is a seasoned clinician with extensive experience in providing behavioral treatment services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Since July 2016, Deborah has held various positions at Spectrum Health & Human Services, including Clinician IV, Senior Crisis Clinician, and PROS Clinician, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and group counseling within a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience includes a role at Canisius College, where Deborah supported a counseling team and managed administrative tasks for underserved students, and an internship at Homespace Corporation assisting adolescents in foster care. Additional experience includes working as a Customer Relationship Manager at Bank of America and serving as Education Manager at Buffalo City Mission, developing comprehensive educational programs.
