Riannon Martin, LMHC, has diverse work experience in the mental health field. Riannon started their career as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Community Missions Inc - Aurora House in August 2015. Riannon then served as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Mid-Erie Counseling and Treatment Services from January 2016 to May 2016. From November 2013 to May 2016, Riannon worked at Autism Services Inc., where they held various roles, including In-House Respite, Direct Support Professional, and Therapeutic Recreation for Autistic Children Group Leader. In August 2016, Riannon became a Mental Health Counselor at Spectrum Health & Human Services until April 2018. Riannon later worked as a Program Manager from May 2018 to March 2021 and then as a Clinical Director from April 2021 to May 2023. Currently, Riannon serves as the Director of Spectrum Education and Training Institute at Spectrum Health & Human Services, starting in June 2023.

Riannon Martin, LMHC received their Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Canisius College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Riannon Martin also holds certifications including being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, obtained from the New York State Office of Mental Health in April 2018, and being a NYS Mandated Child Abuse Reporter, obtained from the NYS Office of Children and Family Services in December 2014.
