Scott Shanks is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both therapeutic and hospitality roles. Currently serving as a Therapist at Spectrum Healthcare Group since January 2023, Scott previously held the position of Manager at SaltRock Southwest Kitchen for a brief period. Scott's notable background in the culinary field includes roles as a Sommelier at Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak, Fiamma Trattoria Restaurant, and Wynn Las Vegas, as well as serving as the Director of Wine at Janos and Jbar. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona, complemented by certifications in beer and wine from Cicerone.org and the Court of Master Sommeliers, respectively.
