Leslie Weeks

Leslie Weeks has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and management. From 2015 to present, Leslie has been working at Spectrum Healthcare Partners, starting as a Senior Practice Manager for Radiology/Radiation Oncology before progressing to roles such as Senior Director of Hospital Services and Executive Director of Hospital Services. In the current role as Vice President of Physician Practices, Leslie provides executive level administrative oversight, handles business management support for physician practices, and is involved in strategic planning and budget management. Prior to joining Spectrum Healthcare Partners, Leslie worked at Maine Medical Center for over twenty years in various roles including Oncology Business Manager and Chief Radiation Therapist. In these positions, Leslie led accreditation initiatives, implemented new processes and technology, and managed the day-to-day operations of a multisite Radiation Oncology Practice. Overall, Leslie's work experience demonstrates a strong background in healthcare administration and a track record of success in managing and leading healthcare organizations.

Leslie Weeks has a Master's degree in Business from Husson University. Prior to obtaining the Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Technical Leadership from the University of Southern Maine. Leslie also holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiation Therapist from Southern Maine Community College, and an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Eastern Maine Community College.
