Eleanor L.

Eleanor L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eleanor is currently employed at Spectrum.Life as a Client Support Executive since July 2021. Prior to this, Eleanor worked at BSI Cybersecurity and Information Resilience from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they were a HR Recruitment Business Partner, responsible for managing the recruitment process for a Global HR Team. Eleanor was also the Health and Wellness program lead. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, Eleanor worked as a HR Executive at Espion - A BSI Professional Services Company. Going further back, they had a long tenure at AIB from 2004 to 2013. During this time, they held the roles of Team Officer and Team Leader, where they managed the Customer Complaints unit and resolved contentious issues. Eleanor also played a key role in improving operations and client engagement, as well as coaching team members in customer service.

Eleanor L. has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and areas of study. Eleanor began their education in 2011 at Dublin Business School, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology in 2015. In 2014, they also completed the NRF CertRP program in Recruitment Practice through the National Recruitment Federation.

Following this, Eleanor pursued further education at the National College of Ireland in 2017, where they completed a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development in 2018. During this time, they also obtained the Certified PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International.

Eleanor continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by pursuing additional certifications. In 2016, they received the NRF CertRP certification from the National Recruitment Federation. In 2018, they became a Certified PPA Practitioner through Thomas International.

In more recent years, Eleanor obtained the QQI Certificate in Train the Trainer from The Open College in 2020. Eleanor also completed various certifications in workplace wellness, including a Certificate of Completion in a Framework for Sustainable Workplace Wellbeing from Trinity College Dublin in 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications in training delivery and evaluation, training needs identification and design, mental health first aid, and completed the Social Talent Ninja Level 10 program.

In 2022, Eleanor pursued a postgraduate certificate in Workplace Wellness at Tangent, Trinity's Ideas Workspace. Eleanor'seducation history reflects their diverse interests and commitment to personal and professional development.
