Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and network operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Technical Support at Spectrum Business since January 2022, Aaron has also held the position of Manager of Network Operations Center at Spectrum since March 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Time Warner Cable, where Aaron worked from February 2004 to March 2017 as a Network Operations Center Engineer, Technician, and Broadband Technician. Aaron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas A&M University between 1997 and 2001.
