Belinda Holt

Belinda Holt has a strong background in payroll and HRIS administration. Belinda has held various roles throughout their career, including Team Lead - Payroll Testing & Analytics at Spectrum, where they provided payroll assistance to over 65k employees and assisted in user training and system upgrade testing. Prior to that, they worked at NTT DATA Consulting, Inc. as an HR Technology/Payroll Manager and Supervisor, where they managed and administered payroll functions and provided oversight for process improvements. Belinda also has experience in benefits administration and payroll compliance from their time at Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community. Belinda began their career at Compass Group North America, where they processed payroll for a large number of employees and resolved payroll issues.

Belinda Holt, PHR, SHRM-CP, FPC has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. In addition, they have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Change from Pfeiffer University. Belinda has also completed a PHR Prep course at CPCC. Belinda has obtained several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, and the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
