Josh Dieg has a strong background in digital product management and e-commerce. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Vice President of eCommerce at Spectrum. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team in delivering world-class digital experiences for millions of customers. Before joining Spectrum, Josh worked at Verizon Wireless from 2013 to 2019 as a Senior Manager in Digital Product Transformation. Josh also gained experience in operations management at Sitel from 2011 to 2013.
Josh Dieg obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from SUNY Brockport in 2010. In 2013, they received a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco. In 2019, they earned an Executive Certificate in Measuring and Improving Business Performance from Cornell University. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Nielsen Norman Group in User Experience (UXC) in 2016.
