Judy Wong

Judy Wong has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Judy began their career as an Analyst in the Mortgage Products Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in 1992. Judy then worked as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets at Salomon Smith Barney from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, Judy joined Spencer Stuart as a Director and remained there until 2007. Judy shifted their focus to talent acquisition and development in 2008 when they joined Related Companies as a Vice President. From 2010 to 2016, Judy served as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Gartner. Currently, Judy works at Spectrum as the Vice President of Executive Search & Corporate Talent Acquisition.

Judy Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Judy also has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
