Mike Ognibene

Mike Ognibene currently serves as the Director of Residential MDU Sales at Spectrum since November 2018, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Time Warner Cable, where a career began in October 2001. In various managerial roles, including Manager of Sales and Supervisor of Sales, Ognibene oversaw substantial teams, driving growth in acquisition and monthly recurring revenue while focusing on individual sales representatives’ development. Ognibene's leadership involved creating tactical sales plans, motivating sales teams through training and incentives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
