Seepa Lee

Seepa Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. They started their career at Baxter Healthcare as an HR Development Program Associate and later worked as an HR Specialist. They then moved to GE Harris Harmon as a Manufacturing Plant HR Manager. After that, they joined Time Warner Cable, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Vice President of HR Strategic Initiatives and Merger & Acquisitions, Corporate Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Employee Relations. In 2016, Seepa Lee joined Spectrum as the Vice President of Human Resources West Region Field Operations. Throughout their career, Seepa Lee has gained extensive experience in various aspects of human resources, such as strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and employee relations.

Seepa Lee completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego in the years 1985 to 1989. Later on, from 1991 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on HR and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
