Sheik T.

Sheik T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sheik began their career at Verizon in 2005, where they worked as a Lead Software Developer and Software Developer, specializing in C++, C#, CORBA, and ASP.NET for telecom services ordering applications. Sheik then moved on to Infosys, where they served as a Technology Lead from 2005 to 2016. At Charter Communications, Sheik worked as a Software Developer from 2013 to 2016. Sheik also gained experience as a Software Developer at Recall, where they developed applications using ASP.NET and C#. At Comcast, Sheik worked as a Software Developer and Cloud Engineer from 2016 to 2017. Sheik further expanded their skills at Tech Mahindra, working as a Software Solutions Designer from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Sheik holds the position of Principal Engineer II at Spectrum, where they have been working since 2017. Throughout their career, they have displayed expertise in various technologies such as Java, Guice, Spring Boot, cloud frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes. Sheik has a strong background in building microservices and converting legacy services to cloud-native environments.

Sheik T. obtained a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator and CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in August 2022, as well as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in February 2017.
