Kevin Boercker

Kevin Boercker has a strong background in pension consulting and strategic program management. Kevin started their career as a Student Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 1998. In 2001, they joined Spectrum Pension Consultants as a Consultant, where they designed and built retirement benefit plans for employers and managed ongoing administration and recordkeeping. In 2014, they became the Director of Strategic Programs, responsible for driving company growth through innovation and business process improvement. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Director & COO at Spectrum Consultants, overseeing the company's operations.

Kevin Boercker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gonzaga University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Kevin also completed their secondary education at Livermore High School from 1994 to 1997.
