Glenn O'Neil

Glenn O'Neil is an accomplished talent acquisition specialist with over three decades of experience in recruiting and staffing. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Reach since May 2014, Glenn oversees the recruitment of advertising sales professionals across five regional media groups. Previously, Glenn held the position of Director of Recruiting at NaviSite, a Time Warner Cable Company, and served as a Principal and strategic consultant at Penfield Partners. Additionally, Glenn has experience as Director of Recruiting at Open Ratings, a startup from MIT Media Lab. Early career included various leadership roles in staffing firms in the Boston area, demonstrating extensive expertise in high-volume recruitment and startup staffing strategies. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
