James Molloy is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in recruitment across various companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Reach since August 2016, James oversees recruitment for the Advertising Sales division of Charter Communications. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Time Warner Cable, Recruiting Director at Dow Jones, and Director of Staffing at Time Inc, where James managed recruitment for multiple departments. James began a career in recruitment as a Recruiter at LivePerson and served as a Recruitment Project Manager at Time Warner. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Catholic University of America and graduated from Fordham Preparatory School.
