Tom Inderhees Lnha

Tom Inderhees LNHA, MMIS, is an experienced Executive Director specializing in senior living community management with a career spanning various organizations since 1997. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC., since February 2023, Tom has previously held similar executive roles at Pegasus Senior Living, Integral Senior Living, and Senior Star at Villa Ventura. Tom's substantial experience includes overseeing the operations of senior living facilities with a focus on assisted living and memory care units. Prior to transitioning to senior care administration, Tom worked extensively in information technology consulting and management at Golden Living, where responsibilities included implementing healthcare information systems and training staff across multiple facilities. Tom holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, both from Friends University.
