Davin Young, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Spectrum since May 2022, bringing extensive experience from the United States Air Force, where roles included Talent Development Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and various operational positions. As a Talent Development Manager, Davin led and mentored over 206 enlisted personnel in diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, Davin managed onboarding and performance assessments as a Human Resources Specialist and oversaw daily operations for aircraft maintenance as a Production Manager. Additional experience includes supervising aircraft operations as an Expeditor, supporting HR functions as a Human Resources Assistant, and managing training for over 300 personnel. Davin holds an Associate of Science in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Wilmington University.
