Ray Taylor

Ray Taylor is a seasoned professional in the construction and technical operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of Construction at Spectrum since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of Network Operations Manager for Construction at Verizon from August 2019 to June 2023. Ray's career at Spectrum began in January 2014 as a Technical Operations Supervisor, followed by a role in Outside Plant. Before entering the private sector, Ray served in the US Army from 2008 to 2014 as a Military Police officer.
