Sean Doyle

Sean Doyle is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in executive search and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at Spectrum since September 2018, Sean oversees recruitment strategies for a leading connectivity company. Prior to this role, Sean held the position of Director, Corporate Recruitment & Executive Search at WarnerMedia, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for corporate functions and global real estate across various divisions. Sean's earlier experience includes roles at The Dannon Company, PepsiCo, Kinetic Search, The Pacific Firm, and The Boston Consulting Group, where diverse expertise was gained in talent acquisition across sectors such as high tech, consumer packaged goods, and finance. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Management from Boston College.
