Jay Lane is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and leadership roles. As President & Managing Partner at Spectrum Search Partners since November 2009, Jay Lane has led efforts to fulfill the executive and functional leadership needs of private equity firms and growth-oriented businesses. Additionally, as Founder & CEO of Jawbox Jerky since January 2016, Jay Lane has positioned the company as a key provider of jerky products for athletes. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales & Operations at TriWorth and advancing through multiple roles at DHR International, a top retained search firm. Jay Lane began a career in experiential marketing as a Tour Manager at Marketing Werks. Jay Lane holds a BA in Marketing, Communications & Advertising from Western New England University.
