Victor Flores

Victor Flores is an experienced transportation planner currently employed at Caltrans since July 2024. Prior to this role, Victor served as a site acquisition specialist at NextEdge, focusing on new Verizon Macro sites across Southern California. Victor's previous positions include senior site acquisition and zoning specialist at J5 Infrastructure Partners, where responsibilities included leasing, planning, and permitting for telecommunications facilities, and site development specialist at Reliant Land Services, which involved preparing client data presentations and assisting project managers. Additionally, Victor worked as a zoning manager at Core Development Services, submitting numerous wireless zoning and planning clearance applications, and as a planning intern at the City of Colton, where public land use assistance was provided. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, complemented by educational experiences at Long Beach City College and Long Beach Polytechnic High School.
