Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav Gupta has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - HR at Spectrum Talent Management since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading HR operations and payroll across India and managing a team of approximately seven key account managers. Prior to this, Gaurav held roles at RELAXO FOOTWEAR LTD as Senior Officer HR focusing on payroll and compensation, and at XECUTE HR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in various leadership and executive positions in HR. Gaurav began the career at Prem Motors Pvt. Ltd, managing personnel-related issues and compliance with labor laws. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from UP Technical University, a B.Sc in Biology from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, a diploma in computer software, and a Post Graduate Diploma in E-commerce.
